Process of Registration for Treatment and Prescription explained

Step 1

Firstly we require you to provide your personal details into the site database.

Our doctors require your personal information in order to write a UK licensed prescription for treatment. Your information will be held in the strictest confidence under the doctor-patient privilege status and consequently will not be used to send you any information unless requested.

Step 2

Health questionnaire

We require you to fill in the health questionnaire as accurately as possible in order to most accurately ascertain your condition and therefore decide as to the suitability of online prescribing for you and what course of medication would be most effective.

Step 3

Primary physician Information

We may require your local physician’s contact details in order to contact them with regards to details of your condition and health history.

NB This is only necessary in certain cases and your consent will be requested prior to contacting your physician.

After you have completed the registration you will receive an email to confirm the registration, which will include your username and password.

HOW TO PURCHASE YOUR PRESCRIPTION

a. Submitting your Request for prescription

b. Login to your account

Step 1: Search for the prescription product required

Step 2: Select the prescription product and add to request list.

Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 if require more than one prescription product.

Step 4: Check out and pay for consultation.

Copy of the details of the prescription request and payment confirmation will be emailed to you.
