How does our website work?

Prescription for Prescription–Only -Medicines (POM) are provided through out GMC-registered doctors and pharmacies. This service is only available to those who have registered on the site. Registration is simple, completely free and without any obligation.

Submit your information for registration

Submit prescription request and make your payment.
We will review your information
Once your request has been accepted we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Your prescription is then forwarded to Asset Chemist (www.assetchemist.co.uk) .
You then need to go to the Asset Chemist web site so as to order your medication.
You can then view our price list and place orders for our products.

How long does it take to register?

Forms submitted during normal working hours between 9am-5pm on Monday to Friday should receive confirmation within three to four hours. For orders placed during the weekend order will take approximately 6 hours.

What if you are unable to make a diagnosis by e-mail?

Once we receive your e-mail we can ask you to contact your HW-doctor immediately if your condition is of a severity such that a diagnosis cannot be offered via e-mail, by these means we can offer some assistance.

Can you diagnose by e-mail?

Yes it is possible for us to diagnose by e-mail in certain circumstances as many medical diagnosis are made from the history of a condition alone and therefore treatment of the problem is not dependant upon the result of a physical examination. We can provide medical advice, organise referrals and prescriptions for customers both within the United Kingdom and internationally.
